Nic possesses a wealth of senior team management experience largely gained within the telecommunications space, having most recently led a national Australian telecommunications practice to grow and maintain a $50+ million national workforce portfolio of over 500 people, achieving a hard-to-beat, +90 NPS for two consecutive years in (2017 and 2018) within his portfolio as head of delivery. Prior to his success in Australia, Nic gained international experience over a number of years with the United Nations as a civil and political consultant within operational management and advisory capacities. Nic has deep understanding of ICT, his extensive people-focused management experience and strong track-record of successful consulting services delivery results. Strongly focusing on the telecommunications industry, throughout his career Nic has worked within HR in the finance and engineering industries, with a professional focus on consulting augmentation, strategic workforce planning, resource management, human resources and business operations management. Nic is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, French and Turkish fluently.
